We first used Sorted to clean up our Admin office. Once the systems were set up so that we knew where to find documents when the receptionist was away, we asked Sorted to get us organised before we documented all our procedures. Clare worked with the General Manager and Production Manager to set up simple but effective systems to enable them to carry out their roles efficiently and effectively.
